Zeenat Ghoor
Since graduating from the University of Cape Town with a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering in 2005, Zeenat has gained experience in the design of both Civil and Structural engineering. She has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of Reinforced Concrete and Steel structures ranging from residential dwellings to bridges. She assists others in the practice with civil design work that has included Bulk earthworks, Stormwater and Sewer reticulation. Zeenat has also been called upon to fulfil the role of Project Manager in several building and civil engineering projects. Based on this she is currently registering as a Project Manager with SACPCMP. Zeenat has a particular passion for Architecture and her affinity to the subject makes her a keen particular in the process that transforms spaces into the creation of unique and timeless projects.
Arshad has over 9 years of in-depth experience in external audit, internal audit, risk management and financial management within portfolios relating to financial services, property funds and property management agents sectors. His qualification, intense training and experience offer him the ability to perform excellently in all areas related to the support functions of a modern expanding corporate entity, from business plans and risk assessments to final implementation and accounting, from HR to IT strategy and implementation, he has it covered.
